Resident service requests, taken in full on every call

Service request FAQs

Can it use our existing request categories?
Yes. Your categories, departments and required fields are built into the call flow during setup.
Does it create cases in our CRM?
Yes, in platforms with open APIs your administrator authorizes, such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or ServiceNow. Otherwise requests arrive by email in a consistent format.
Can residents get a reference number?
If your platform returns one when the case is created, it can be read out and included in the confirmation text.
What about urgent hazards, like a downed tree on a road?
Your rules decide. Urgent hazards can be routed immediately to an on-call supervisor; emergencies are directed to 911.
Can residents stay anonymous?
Yes, if your policy allows anonymous requests. Contact details are only collected when the resident wants updates.
Does it give residents timelines for repairs?
Only the timelines you approve. It never promises a date your department hasn’t committed to.
Can it take requests in other languages?
Yes. Multiple languages are included at no extra cost.
How long does setup take?
About five business days, including call flows, routing rules, integration and testing. You can try it free for 7 days.
