CRM and PMS systems: which ones connect, and how

Integration is what turns a call into a booking in your system. But some software lets you authorize a connection yourself, and some only allows paid, approved partners. Here’s how the systems compare.

How to check your own system

  1. Look for developer docs

Search “[your software] API”. Public documentation is a good sign.

  2. Find where keys are created

If an admin in your account can generate an API key or approve an app, you can connect it yourself.

  3. Check your plan

Some vendors include API access only on higher tiers.

CRM and PMS FAQs

What’s the difference between an open API and a partner-only API?
With an open API, you can authorize the connection from your own account. Partner-only APIs require the integrator to apply, pass a review and often pay fees before connecting to any customer.
Why does that matter for an AI receptionist?
Partner programs can take weeks or months. With open APIs, your receptionist can be booking into your system within your five-day setup.
My software is partner-only. Can I still use 365vox?
Yes. Calls still arrive as structured SMS and email alerts with transcripts, ready for your team to enter.
What is NexHealth?
A healthcare data platform with a self-serve API that already connects to most major dental and several medical systems.
Does an open API cost extra?
Some vendors include API access only on certain plans. 365vox doesn’t charge for integration.
Can I revoke access later?
Yes. Keys and app approvals are controlled from your own account.
How current is this list?
It reflects published terms as of October 2026. Vendors change their programs, so we confirm yours during setup.
What if my software isn’t listed?
Ask on a discovery call — if it has an open API, we can usually connect it.
