Which EHR and practice management systems do you integrate with?

athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, ModMed and NextGen Office (through NexHealth), plus Tebra, IntakeQ/PracticeQ, OpenEMR, Zenoti, Mindbody, Acuity Scheduling and Salesforce.

Why do some systems connect through NexHealth?

Many EHRs only allow integrations through paid partner programs. NexHealth already holds those connections and offers a self-serve API, so your go-live doesn’t wait on a vendor’s approval queue.

What does the AI write into our system?

Depending on the system: appointments, new-patient demographics, reason for visit, and call notes or transcripts.

Does it respect provider schedules?

Yes. It books only into the providers, appointment types and slots you allow.

What if our EHR isn’t listed?

Tell us what you use. If it has an open API, we can usually connect it. Otherwise requests arrive as structured SMS and email.

Is patient data protected in the integration?

Yes. Access uses only the permissions you grant, is covered by the BAA, and can be revoked at any time.

Does integration cost extra?

No. Integration is included in $0.75 USD per conversation minute.

What about Canadian EMRs?

Many Canadian EMRs, such as Accuro, only integrate through partner programs. We’ll review yours on the discovery call.
