    For server-based systems such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft, NexHealth’s Synchronizer runs on your office server. Cloud systems connect directly.

  2. Map your schedule

    Providers, operatories, appointment types and new-patient fields are matched to your setup.

  3. Book and write back

    Your receptionist reads availability and writes appointments and patient details during the call.

Does it work with Dentrix?
Yes — Dentrix G6.2 and later, Dentrix Ascend and Dentrix Enterprise, through NexHealth Synchronizer.
Does it work with Eaglesoft and Open Dental?
Yes. Eaglesoft 18 and later and Open Dental V17 and later, through NexHealth Synchronizer.
What about orthodontic software?
Dolphin, Cloud 9 and OrthoTrac are supported through the same route.
Do we need to install anything?
For server-based systems, a sync application runs on your office server. Cloud systems like Dentrix Ascend, Denticon and Curve Hero don’t need an install.
Why not connect to Dentrix directly?
Direct access requires a paid partner application and review by the vendor. NexHealth already holds those connections and offers self-serve access.
Is there an extra cost for NexHealth?
NexHealth charges for its API usage. We’ll confirm how that’s handled for your practice on the discovery call.
What does the AI write into our system?
Appointments, new-patient details and notes about the reason for the visit, depending on your system.
Is the connection secure?
Yes. It uses only the permissions you grant, and patient information is covered by our Business Associate Agreement.
